Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound exams including carotid, arterial, venous, and dialysis access studies
- Prepare detailed preliminary reports for vascular surgeons with critical findings highlighted
- Research patient history and review prior scans to identify significant changes
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while delivering exceptional patient care
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of 7-12 providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification required
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of vascular ultrasound experience
- Proficiency in scanning complex pathology and post-surgical patients
- Experience with dialysis access grafts and fistulas preferred

Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in ABI, carotid, upper and lower arterial/venous duplex studies
- Strong understanding of aortoiliac, iliocaval, renal, and mesenteric imaging
- Ability to recognize critical findings and communicate effectively with the care team
- Proficiency with Epic EMR and Sectra PACS systems
- Skilled in pre-operative hemodialysis mapping and complex vascular assessments
