Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients on the medical-surgical-telemetry unit
Monitor vital signs and promptly respond to changes in patient condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

Active California RN license
BLS certification
Minimum one year of recent acute care experience preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Medical-surgical and telemetry nursing expertise
Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration
Electronic health record documentation
Effective communication and teamwork
