Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Help create a warm, welcoming environment that feels like home
- Support residents with meals and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant license in Rhode Island
- Current CPR certification
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State-approved CNA training program completion
