Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and telemetry patients
Monitor vital signs and interpret EKGs to ensure patient safety
Administer medications and manage IV therapies with precision
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
Educate patients and families about treatment options and recovery
Float to other MedSurg/Tele units as needed to support the broader team

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Chemo certification is a plus
Experience in oncology or telemetry nursing preferred
Ability to pass skills validation including sterile field techniques

Education

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Comfortable with Cerner EMR documentation
Knowledge of oncology protocols and telemetry monitoring
Ability to maintain sterile field during procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
