Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Provide compassionate care that enhances quality of life
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
- Help create a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families
- Support the nursing team in delivering excellent care
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification
- Current state or federal issued identification
- COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Resident care and assistance
- Infection control practices
- Effective communication with residents and staff
- Attention to detail in monitoring resident well-being
