Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients with epilepsy, brain tumors, and other neurological conditions
• Monitor patients on continuous EEG and detect subtle changes that make a real difference
• Collaborate with a dedicated team including charge nurses, resource RNs, and PCTs to deliver excellent outcomes
• Float to Med-Surg/Tele units and support sister campuses when needed, expanding your skills and impact
• Maintain sterile technique during procedures and ensure patient safety at every step

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Level 1 trauma setting
• BSN preferred and Med-Surg/Tele certification a plus
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills with a passion for neuro care

Education

• BSN preferred
• Active RN license required

Knowledge & Skills

• Experience caring for epilepsy monitoring, TBI, and post-neurosurgical patients
• Comfort with BiPAP, tele monitoring, and managing vents with RT support
• Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam and demonstrate sterile technique in skills lab
• Natural hair color and clean-shaven appearance for fit testing
• Reliable transportation for travel team assignments
