Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
- Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in critical situations
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver timely interventions
- Document assessments and treatments accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients and families on next steps and follow-up care
Qualifications
- Active California RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Previous ER or acute care experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
