Location: Longmont, Colorado

Start Date: 06-08-2026

End Date: 09-07-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedule made by leadership for 6 weeks at a time with flexibility required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate one-to-one care for laboring patients and their families
Support mothers through antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum journeys
Circulate and recover C-section procedures with skill and attention to detail
Titrate Pitocin and Magnesium drips safely while monitoring patient response
Perform triage assessments to ensure timely and appropriate care
Collaborate with the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes for mothers and babies

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced, NRP, and C-EFM certifications required
Minimum 1 year of LDRP experience within the last 3 years
Comfortable with antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and C-section care
Triage experience and ability to titrate Pitocin and Magnesium drips
Prior travel experience preferred

Education

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong LDRP nursing skills including labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care
Experience with C-section circulation and recovery
Proficiency in Pitocin and Magnesium titration
Excellent triage and assessment abilities
Ability to adapt to floating within Zone 3 facilities when needed
Comfort caring for occasional overflow mastectomy patients
