Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver optimal outcomes
Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
Educate patients and families on recovery and wellness

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
ICU or critical care experience a plus
Strong assessment and communication skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care nursing expertise
Patient monitoring and assessment
