Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to LDRP patients, managing labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
- Circulate and scrub in the OR during cesarean sections with confidence
- Monitor and titrate IV drips like Pitocin, Fentanyl, and Labetalol
- Respond to obstetrical emergencies including hypertension and hemorrhage
- Read telemetry strips and use GE Centricity EFM system for fetal monitoring
- Collaborate with OB techs and neonatologists to ensure safe outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license or eligibility for 90-day emergency license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Experience in L&D with ability to circulate and scrub in OR for C-sections
- Comfortable titrating drips and managing high-risk patients
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
- Proficient in GE Centricity fetal monitoring and telemetry interpretation
- Skilled in obstetrical emergency management and IV drip titration
- Knowledgeable about AWHONN guidelines and patient ratios
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotate weekends and call shifts
