Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert ventilator and BiPAP management to patients in critical care and emergency settings
- Perform aerosol treatments and support advanced procedures such as intubation and arterial line insertion
- Assist with bedside bronchoscopy to ensure precise diagnostics and patient comfort
- Collaborate daily with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Rotate through all inpatient units and two 10-bed ICUs, expanding your clinical expertise
- Utilize cutting-edge equipment including Puritan Bennett 980 ventilators and Vapotherm to provide top-tier care
Qualifications
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Florida
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience in critical care or emergency settings
- Strong skills in ventilator management, BiPAP management, and advanced respiratory procedures
