Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour night shifts, 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM, 36 hours per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate individualized comprehensive respiratory care to all patients based on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Collaborate with the cardiopulmonary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
Function independently with minimal supervision once oriented
Adapt to a fast-paced acute care environment, including OB and critical care settings

Qualifications

Current Washington State license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)
Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and RRT
Prefer one year of current acute care experience; new graduates welcome
Ability to lift 50 pounds from floor to waist and wheelchair to bed level
Must pass pre-employment screening and have RTO pre-approved

Knowledge & Skills

Strong OB respiratory care experience
Acute care and critical thinking skills
Excellent team collaboration and communication
Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
Physical stamina for lifting, pushing, and standing long shifts
