Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to progressive care patients
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery steps
- Document accurately and maintain compliance with all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of recent PCU or step-down experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
