Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care at the bedside
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the care team
• Document care thoroughly and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support positive outcomes
• Support patients and families with education, comfort, and guidance

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) classification as applicable
• Current basic life support (BLS) certification or equivalent
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and adapting to per diem schedules
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Professionalism, reliability, and commitment to patient safety

Education

• LPN: Practical nursing diploma or certificate
• RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical assessment and patient monitoring
• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Infection control and patient safety principles
• Electronic health record familiarity and accurate charting
• Effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff
