Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients
• Perform thorough assessments and monitor patient status throughout the shift
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate when necessary
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and handoffs to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California or compact state eligibility as applicable
• Comfortable working overnight shifts and providing care across the continuum
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Demonstrated clinical judgment and strong communication skills
• Experience in medical-surgical or relevant specialty settings is a plus

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and focused physical exam skills
• Medication administration and intravenous therapy knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and accurate documentation
• Ability to triage, prioritize, and manage multiple complex tasks
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient education abilities
