Shift Type: Per diem, variable shifts including weekends and holidays

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, family-centered care to pediatric patients in a Med/Surg setting
Monitor patient conditions and administer treatments as ordered
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Pediatric experience preferred, but we welcome passionate new graduates too!
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of growth and development across pediatric ages
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate approach to patient and family interactions
