Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to medical/surgical patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient vital signs and condition, reporting changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning
Knowledge of medication administration and IV therapy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Empathy and patient advocacy
Time management and organizational skills
