Registered Nurse - LDRP
Location: Williston, North Dakota
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM or 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every other weekend and holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to obstetric and neonatal patients in a 15-bed LDRP unit
- Interpret fetal monitoring strips and manage titratable drips including pitocin, insulin, and magnesium
- Float to med-surg and emergency departments as needed to support hospital-wide patient care
- Collaborate with CNAs and charge nurses to ensure safe, quality outcomes
- Adapt quickly to changing patient conditions and unit needs
- Utilize critical thinking and quality metrics to guide clinical decisions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
- BLS certification required (ACLS, NRP, STABLE preferred)
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret fetal strips independently
- Willingness to float to med-surg and ER departments
- Minimum 1 year of LDRP experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in fetal monitoring interpretation
- Experience with titratable drips (pitocin, insulin, magnesium)
- Excellent communication and adaptability
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR and TraceView/PIP EFM system
