Location: Folsom, CA

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $93 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns in a family birthing center
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs using advanced EFM
- Titrate Pitocin and other drips as needed during labor
- Assist with deliveries, including twin deliveries and high-risk scenarios
- Perform neonatal resuscitation (NRP) at delivery
- Support mother-baby couplet care in postpartum
- Collaborate with OB, anesthesia, and respiratory therapy teams
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of LDRP experience preferred; 3 years strongly preferred
- Active RN license in California or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced EFM certifications required
- Comfortable with NRP at delivery and titrating drips
- Circulating experience in OR for C-sections preferred
- Willing to float to other Sacramento area facilities if needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Fetal monitoring and interpretation

- Mother-baby couplet care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
