Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Location: Silverdale, Washington
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Flexible 12-hour shifts, days or nights, with block scheduling available. Weekend rotation: every other weekend (Days: Sat-Sun, Nights: Fri-Sat). 36 hours per week guaranteed.

Candidate Pay Rate: $80 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert labor and delivery care including independent delivery attendance and C-section circulating
- Titrate critical drips such as Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin to manage high-risk patients
- Support mother-baby couplet care in postpartum, transitioning newborns and assisting with low-risk deliveries
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and anesthesia providers
- Adapt to unit workflows and policies while delivering quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of L&D experience (1 year with multiple prior travel assignments considered)
- Active RN license in Washington or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Intermediate or advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) preferred
- Prior travel experience required – no first-time travelers
Knowledge & Skills
- LDRP experience including delivery, circulating, baby catching, and transitioning
- Proficiency in Centricity Perinatal EFM system
- Drip titration for Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin
- Strong adaptability to new workflows and policies
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
