Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage complex equipment
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and initiate life-saving interventions
Educate and support patients and families through critical health challenges

Qualifications

Current RN license in Virginia or compact state
Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience preferred
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care medications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in electronic health records
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
