Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to adults and seniors
• Perform thorough assessments, document findings, and develop nursing plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and transitions
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes with clinical skill and urgency
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and self-care
• Maintain accurate electronic records and communicate clearly during handoffs

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania required
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS or other certifications a plus
• Comfortable working per diem shifts and adapting to varied patient needs
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to pass required background checks and health screenings

Education

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

• Patient assessment and care planning
• Medication administration and IV therapy fundamentals
• Electronic medical records documentation
• Clinical prioritization and time management
• Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
• Infection control and safety-focused practices
