Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and triage patients quickly and accurately in a busy ED environment
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care during 12-hour day shifts
Administer medications and treatments safely and document thoroughly
Collaborate with physicians, techs, and support staff to coordinate patient flow
Perform clinical procedures, monitor patient status, and escalate concerns
Educate patients and families about conditions, care plans, and follow-up

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) with Emergency Department (ED/ER) experience
Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts and managing a fast-paced workload
Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and teamwork mindset
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency department workflows and triage principles
Patient assessment, IV therapy, and medication administration
Prioritization in high-acuity situations
Clear, concise clinical documentation
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
