Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Variable 4-hour shifts (exact start/end times vary by schedule); days of week vary. Orientation required. (Total hours per shift: 4 hours)

Candidate Pay Rate: $44 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic exams accurately and efficiently
Position patients and operate imaging equipment with care and attention
Ensure image quality while maintaining radiation safety standards
Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with clinicians and staff to support patient flow

Qualifications

Radiologic Technologist certification or equivalent (ARRT preferred)
State licensure as required for Missouri practice
Comfortable with patient positioning and routine radiographic procedures
Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
Willingness to complete facility orientation and any required screenings

Education

Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or accredited radiography program completion

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of radiographic positioning and imaging principles
Familiarity with radiation safety and infection control practices
Ability to operate standard radiography equipment
Basic computer skills for image archiving and documentation
Good interpersonal skills for working with patients and clinical teams
