Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert maternal-fetal consultative care for high-risk pregnancies
• Perform and interpret obstetric ultrasound and diagnostic procedures
• Collaborate closely with OB/GYNs, hospitalists, neonatologists and allied staff
• Deliver telemedicine consultations as part of the practice’s telehealth program
• Participate in on-call coverage and shared clinical responsibilities across sites
• Mentor and support NPs, sonographers and other team members to elevate care
• Contribute to quality improvement, clinical protocols and multidisciplinary planning

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and completion of an accredited Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship
• Board certified or board eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Active or eligible for Georgia medical license (ability to obtain GA license required)
• Experience with obstetric ultrasound and high-risk pregnancy management
• Comfortable with telemedicine workflows and remote patient consultations
• Open to new fellowship graduates as well as experienced providers
• Not accepting visa candidates; U.S. work authorization required

Education

• MD or DO
• Completion of Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship

Knowledge & Skills

• Advanced knowledge of high-risk obstetrics and fetal medicine
• Skilled in obstetric ultrasound and sonographic interpretation
• Proficient in telemedicine delivery and virtual patient care
• Strong interdisciplinary communication and team-based clinical skills
• Familiarity with hospital systems, NICU and OB/GYN hospitalist collaboration
