Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to pediatric and adult patients
Develop personalized treatment plans for developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with a dedicated pediatric PTA and supportive rehab team
Utilize the warm water therapy pool for specialized aquatic treatments
Occasionally support acute inpatient needs as patient census requires
Build meaningful relationships with patients and families in the Fort Morgan community

Qualifications

Current Colorado Physical Therapy license required
BLS certification needed
Some pediatric experience preferred
Comfortable working with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Flexible and adaptable approach to patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy expertise
Pediatric physical therapy experience
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to manage a caseload of 8-10 patients per day
Comfort with both scheduled and occasional acute care coverage
