Shift Type: 8-hour day shifts, weekdays (no weekends), 35 guaranteed weekly hours, no on-call

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
Develop and implement individualized plans of care following regulatory and clinical standards
Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care procedures
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document outcomes in electronic health records
Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide patient/family education
Supervise physical therapist assistants and support staff as needed

Qualifications

At least 1 year of Physical Therapy experience (new graduates with Level II clinical experience welcome)
Experience in Long Term Care or Rehabilitation settings required
Valid Oklahoma State Physical Therapy license required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises
Knowledge of wound care management and rehabilitation protocols
Strong documentation skills using electronic medical records
Effective communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
