Roles & Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate treatment effects and recommend changes to physicians and care team to optimize patient outcomes
• Perform thorough assessments of patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on care for patients with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary and cardiovascular disorders
• Select and implement appropriate therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve and restore function
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support patient progress

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Physical Therapy license required
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) certification required
• Willingness to relocate to a rural community (relocation assistance may be available)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered rehabilitation
