Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem shifts, 12:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients for optimal health outcomes
Manage pharmacy operations during critical emergency coverage periods
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective drug therapy
Review prescriptions and monitor for potential interactions to protect patients
Maintain precise inventory and records to support seamless facility operations

Qualifications

Active RPh license in Texas
Pharmacist class certification
Experience in retail or hospital pharmacy settings preferred
Availability for per diem emergency coverage shifts

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of pharmacology and drug interactions
Excellent patient counseling and communication skills
Proficiency in pharmacy software and dispensing systems
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, urgent care environments
