Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and register patients with a warm and professional demeanor
Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information
Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Empathy and patience when interacting with patients and families
Basic understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
