Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients and families with a warm welcome
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
Update patient demographics and insurance information accurately
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous healthcare or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with electronic health records and scheduling software
Must be reliable and able to work independently

Knowledge & Skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Empathy and patience when interacting with patients and families
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, EHR systems)
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team player attitude with a focus on patient satisfaction
