Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $58.64 - $41.05 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Guide seniors and families through the PACE program enrollment process with care and clarity
Travel throughout San Diego County to conduct in-home assessments and build trust with potential participants
Increase program participation by connecting with qualified seniors and explaining the benefits of PACE
Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth and timely enrollment
Verify eligibility and medical documentation to support accurate program admissions

Qualifications

1 year of relevant experience in enrollment, case management, or sales
Bachelor's degree OR 3 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
Background in healthcare eligibility, in-home visits, or medical verifications is a plus

Education

Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of related experience to substitute for degree

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to explain complex information in a friendly, approachable way
Comfortable with travel and in-home visits across the county
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Sales or case management experience highly valued
