Roles & Responsibilities

Perform complex clinical laboratory testing across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank and Microbiology with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain strict adherence to quality control protocols and laboratory safety procedures to ensure reliable patient results
Troubleshoot instruments and testing processes, documenting corrective actions and communicating issues to supervisory staff
Multitask across competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while keeping patient care and data integrity front and center
Collaborate with lab colleagues and leadership to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Must hold a current and active Nevada State General Supervisor license
Demonstrated experience performing complex testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank and Microbiology
Proven ability to follow quality control procedures and laboratory safety protocols
Comfortable working full-time evening/night shifts and multitasking in a fast-paced lab environment

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical laboratory testing across multiple disciplines (Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Bank)
Quality control and documentation best practices
Laboratory safety and compliance
Instrument troubleshooting and basic maintenance
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under time pressure
