Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, rotating shifts between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in urology procedures by setting up and maintaining a sterile field
Place catheters and provide patient care for conditions like BPH, hematuria, and UTIs
Support cystoscopies and prostate biopsies with precision and compassion
Collaborate with a team of nurses, CSTs, and CNAs to manage 30-40 patients per day
Float to other specialty clinics as needed, keeping duties consistent

Qualifications

Active LPN/LVN license required
BLS certification from AHA or equivalent
Experience setting up sterile fields and assisting in procedures
Proficiency in catheter placement and urology patient care
Ability to work rotating daytime shifts Monday-Friday

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of urology diagnoses and treatments
Skilled in sterile technique and infection control
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable in a fast-paced clinic environment
