Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assess patient status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
Document clinical care and patient observations in the medical record
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver excellent care
Support patient comfort, dignity, and activities of daily living

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain prior to start
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable administering medications and following care plans
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred

Education

Diploma or certificate from an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Basic wound care and infection prevention practices
Familiarity with electronic medical records or charting systems
Strong prioritization, critical thinking, and bedside manner
