Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and on schedule
Monitor patient status, record observations, and escalate concerns
Support activities of daily living with dignity and respect
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care
Contribute to a positive, resident-centered environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license (or eligible for licensure) — Pennsylvania preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Prior long-term care or clinical experience is a plus
Ability to pass background checks and required pre-employment screenings

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent diploma

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Vital signs assessment and patient monitoring
Basic wound care and ADL assistance
Familiarity with electronic charting and documentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
