Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Document patient status and care interventions clearly and promptly
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and facility staff to deliver coordinated care
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team
Support residents' daily living needs with dignity and respect

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania or eligible to obtain licensure
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Clear background check and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Comfortable with medication administration and basic charting

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LPN program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing assessments and vital sign monitoring
Skilled in medication administration and safety protocols
Familiarity with charting and electronic or paper documentation
Ability to follow care plans and physician orders accurately
Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
Time management and prioritization for short-shift workflows
