Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, hands-on patient care in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient status, document changes, and communicate concerns to the care team
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate excellent care
Support patient comfort, dignity, and education during their stay
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and follow facility policies

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Clinical experience as an LPN preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills welcome
Ability to pass facility background checks and health screenings
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or completion of an accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and medication administration
Familiarity with patient charting and electronic health records
Ability to assess patient needs and escalate concerns appropriately
Good time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
Team-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable following infection control and safety protocols
