Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, bedside nursing care to assigned patients as an LPN
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document accordingly
- Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Perform routine assessments and ensure patient comfort and safety
- Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers with attention to detail
- Collaborate with RNs, providers and support staff to deliver excellent care
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Georgia (required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred or must obtain upon hire)
- Previous LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a care team
- Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
Education
- LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited program
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation best practices
- Basic patient assessment and wound care skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
- Infection control principles and patient safety practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment
