Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care within the scope of LPN practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document patient condition, reporting changes to the care team
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and ancillary staff to deliver coordinated care
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care to ensure smooth patient experiences
Maintain accurate, timely charting and adhere to facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia (required)
Completion of an accredited LPN program
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background and drug screening
Comfort working 12+ hour shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Solid foundational nursing assessment and clinical skills appropriate for LPN scope
Medication administration knowledge and accurate documentation practices
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Clear communication with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Basic familiarity with electronic health record charting
