Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care within scope of LPN practice
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient status, document observations, and report changes promptly
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to implement patient care plans
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education in a clear, friendly manner
Maintain accurate, timely charting and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license (able to practice in Georgia). Please have license details ready.
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred or required by facility
Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Reliable, professional, and patient-centered approach to care

Education

Vocational/Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing principles and LPN scope of practice
Familiarity with medication administration and documentation standards
Skilled in patient assessment, vital signs, and wound care
Comfortable using electronic health records and maintaining accurate charts
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
