Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate bedside care to assigned patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor patient status, document changes, and communicate concerns to the care team
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Perform admissions, discharges, and transfer duties with attention to detail
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records and shift reporting
Follow infection control and facility policies to ensure a safe environment

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtain upon hire
Clinical experience in acute or long-term care preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team
Reliable, professional, and patient-centered approach to care

Education

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma or certificate from an accredited program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and IV/SC/IM familiarity as applicable
Patient assessment and basic clinical decision-making
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation skills
Infection control practices and safety protocols
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
Compassionate patient and family communication
