Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care that keeps patients comfortable and safe
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
Monitor and document vital signs and patient status changes
Maintain clear, timely electronic and paper documentation of care
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to deliver coordinated care
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up
Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies

Qualifications

Current and active LPN license in Georgia (required)
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Prior long-term care or acute care experience preferred but not required

Education

Vocational nursing diploma or equivalent
Current LPN licensure in Georgia

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic clinical skills
Medication administration and documentation
Familiarity with electronic health record charting
Infection control and safety practices
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
Empathy, professionalism, and strong bedside manner
