Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients and residents
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs
Document nursing care and patient status clearly in the chart/EHR
Collaborate with nurses, CNAs and interdisciplinary team members to create great outcomes
Communicate effectively with patients, families and care teams about care plans
Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times
Recognize and report changes in patient condition promptly

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license in the state of Georgia (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (preferred or obtain upon hire)
Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts and adapting to schedule needs
Recent experience in long-term care, med-surg, or a similar clinical setting preferred
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program (diploma or certificate)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and safe documentation
Basic wound care and ADL assistance
Patient assessment and monitoring
Electronic charting/EHR familiarity
Time management and prioritization during extended shifts
Teamwork, clear communication, and patient advocacy
