Shift Type: 12.5-hour shifts (exact start/end times and scheduled days to be confirmed), LPN shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, direct patient care consistent with LPN scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Document patient care and observations clearly in the medical record
Work closely with RNs and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Support patient and family education to improve outcomes and comfort
Maintain a safe, organized environment that supports recovery and dignity

Qualifications

Current LPN licensure (Georgia) or eligibility to obtain licensure
Completion of an accredited LPN program
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Clinical experience in a comparable setting is a plus
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical assessment and basic nursing skills
Medication administration and documentation accuracy
Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and respond calmly in fast-paced situations
Compassionate patient communication and family teaching abilities
