Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in the offsite specialty department, ensuring seamless continuity for patients
Collaborate with the team to maintain top-quality services for those needing specialized treatment outside the facility
Report daily to CCWF, supporting vital patient needs with your skilled LVN expertise
Thrive during the dedicated training period to hit the ground running

Qualifications

Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in California
Ready to dive into a special project with enthusiasm and dedication

Education

LVN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in patient care, monitoring, and treatment
Strong communication and collaboration in specialty settings
Comfortable with on-the-job training and adapting to offsite workflows
