Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, hands-on patient care that improves daily life
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes promptly
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and care staff to coordinate excellent care
Support infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and team
Provide emotional support and clear communication to residents and families
Contribute to a positive care environment through professionalism and teamwork

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain one
Basic Life Support CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Comfortable with medication administration, charting, and resident care
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings
Prior experience in long term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Education

Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN/LVN) program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and basic nursing care skills
Medication administration and accurate documentation
Familiarity with electronic medical records or charting systems
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
Knowledge of infection control and safety best practices
