Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per-diem (varies), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM day shift

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately within scope of practice
Perform thorough patient assessments and communicate changes promptly to the care team
Document care clearly in the patient record to ensure continuity and quality
Assist with wound care, ADLs, and other clinical tasks to support patient recovery
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to create patient-centered plans
Advocate for patients and their families while maintaining dignity and respect

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (New Hampshire or eligible to practice in NH)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required
Current immunizations and TB screening per facility policy
Background check and drug screening per facility requirements
Previous LPN experience preferred but motivated new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome

Education

Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN/LVN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
Medication administration and documentation proficiency
Familiarity with wound care, IV accessory care, and common LPN procedures
Comfortable using electronic medical records and documenting care accurately
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a patient-first approach
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
