Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Document care, observations, and changes in patient condition clearly and timely
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and the care team to create seamless care plans
Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status promptly
Support infection control, safety protocols, and a clean healing environment
Educate patients and families with clear, respectful communication

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (New Hampshire license preferred)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Comfort and ability to work a 12+ hour day shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Reliable, professional, and patient-focused attitude

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program; LPN credential required

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic assessment skills: vital signs, patient observation, and reporting
Wound care fundamentals and assistance with activities of daily living
Comfort with electronic charting and accurate record keeping
Infection prevention and safety protocols
