Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents according to care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document per facility policy
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team
Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Support resident comfort, dignity, and activities of daily living
Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation and communicate effectively with families

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Massachusetts (or compact/state-equivalent where applicable)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team-focused environment

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program (LPN/LVN)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Familiarity with long-term care/rehabilitation workflows
Effective verbal and written communication with patients and team members
Time management and prioritization during an 8-hour shift
Basic charting and electronic health record familiarity
